My wife and I went to Ann Schuld Realty to sell our home of 24 years in Beachwood. This was a wonderful experience because you just don’t get an agent for representation; you get a “Team of Agents, a Broker and support staff”.
Mr. Bob Blair was our agent. Soon after our first meeting, we were just thrilled to know that Bob took our listing back to the team, and immediately discussed our listing. All the agents canvassed their clients to see if any of them was looking for a house like ours.
Bob was communicating with us on a daily basis. We received weekly up-dates by E-Mail, and copies of our listings from numerous websites such as MLS (both Ocean/Monmouth) etc. as well as the Asbury Park Press, Home Shopper, Homes and Living Magazine and the Real Estate Book.
Not only did Bob and the agency list our home, but also was instrumental in finding us a rental property until we are ready to make our big move to our final destination to the south after retirement.
An added bonus was the Ann Schuld Realty moving truck, which we used on several occasions, saving us a ton of money and making this local move quite convenient and easy on our old bones.
Bob demonstrated how he earned his nickname “Mr. Crisis Management”. We came upon a few local municipality issues concerning getting the Certificate of Occupancy (CO). Bob got all the permits, and also got all the resources we needed to bring our Beachwood home up to 2006 code where needed.
I also want to say that the name of Ann Schuld is not just the name of the agency. Ann is the owner and broker (and a very experienced agent). Ann herself took a personal interest in our case. She met with local government and city officials to make sure we not just understood what improvements we were required to meet to the new 2006 Codes, but since we had 30 days to close she made sure we didn’t forget anything and worked side by side with local government and city officials to make sure we did have our closing in 30 days.
My wife and I can not say enough about Ann Schuld, Bob Blair and the rest of “Team Schuld” regarding how this agency worked as a “Team” to accomplish selling our home. In all the realty advertisements I have seen, no one mentions how stressful selling a home can be on the family--especially after you have lived in the house for 24 years. Issues such as; Never really knowing when your home is going to be shown, or in today’s market, how long it may be listed on the market. But this group of wonderful and supportive people were there either in your home or at their office--always having the time for you and having those answers to all your questions and concerns. A warm greeting when you entered the office, yet business like, but still made you feel as if you were part of the family.
